Degree Class: L-18 Degree Class in Economics and Business Management Sciences
Course Information: Admission, Language of Instruction, Duration
The pervasive presence of the internet in people's personal and professional lives has permanently altered competitive models and economic and social interaction, thus increasing the need for new professional figures capable of dealing with an environment in which actors and players are 'omni-channel' in professional activities, communication, purchases, and knowledge sharing. Moreover, in economic terms the digital age has changed the drivers and contents of innovation, the engine of global development. In particular, even in contexts far from hi-tech, innovative content is increasingly associated with the review, modification, and re-interpretation of the business model, strongly influenced by the new models of relationship emerging in the digital economy.
To meet the demands for new professionalism, the Degree Course in Digital Marketing aims to train young people to work as digital marketing experts, capable of measuring companies' performance in the digital environment; profiling omni-channel users; creating communication content - both textual and visual - for social media and online platforms; contributing to the redefinition of products/services offered by companies; and designing and managing e-retailing platforms, e-commerce, and digital marketplaces.
