Students can send reports or complaints regarding the services provided by the Department to the email address didattica.dce@unimore.it. It is requested to communicate using the institutional Unimore address; the report will, in any case, be considered anonymously.
It will be the responsibility of the Department Director and the Educational Coordinator to correct the reported issue by interacting with the appropriate teaching, research, and administrative staff. If necessary, the Director and the Educational Coordinator may refer the report to the relevant commission, delegate, or contact person, e.g.:
- Educational Commission, In-course and Out-course Orientation
- International Relations Commission
- Entrance Orientation Commission
- Internship and Job Orientation Delegate
- Disability Contact Person
- Degree Session Contact Person
In this case, it will be the responsibility of the Commission, Delegate, or Contact Person to propose a solution to the Department Council.
If students encounter difficulties with course content or exams (e.g., exam viewing and correction, exam evaluation criteria, classroom management times, etc.), they should first contact the responsible lecturer (all references are available in the Department and University directory). If a satisfactory solution is not found, they should contact their Course Coordinator:

Requests for the use of spaces for entertainment activities or cultural initiatives should be sent to prorettoratore@unimore.it and direttore.dce@unimore.it.
Any collective requests or proposals should be brought to the attention of the Department Council by student representatives in the Department Council:

Students can also report any failures or delays in uploading lessons directly to the Onelab portal to onelab@unimore.it.
Students are kindly requested NOT to report defects or malfunctions of infrastructures and equipment managed directly by internal staff with relevant responsibilities.
