Erasmus Office’s activities
- Information service on international student mobility opportunities;
- management of selection procedures for calls for student mobility;
- collection and approval of Learning Agreements for incoming and outgoing students;
- support for incoming and outgoing students in mobility;
- organisation of information meetings for mobile students;
- recognition of examinations taken abroad;
- relations with partner venues;
- support for the activities of the Department's International Relations Commission.
Degree Office’s activities
- Organisation of degree sessions;
- definition of degree commissions;
- calculation of graduation scores;
- uploading and management of degree sessions in the Esse3 system;
- Supporting the activities of graduation commissions by preparing the necessary documentation (graduation preverbal and minutes, list of candidates, etc.).
